What is the impact of my purchase?

Making the maximum impact possible on issues facing people and planet is our passion, and the reason Selfless by Hyram exists.

Over the next 12 months, we have committed to protecting 2,500 acres of tropical forest from deforestation through our partnership with Rainforest Trust, storing over 370,000 tonnes of C02. Through Thirst Project, with your support we will fund projects in over 60 communities in Eswatini, Africa, providing access to clean water to over 35,000 people for 50 years.

Charity giving is complicated, and we want to ensure we are transparent and able to update on exactly what impact we are making, both in communities and financially. Our ambition in 2021 is to deliver 10% of sales to our charity partners. Basing a donation on product sales rather than company profit is a huge challenge not many brands can take on, but we are determined to consistently push ourselves to deliver a truly meaningful impact whilst still maintaining our high efficacy, ingredient, sourcing and packaging standards. Every 6 months we will publish an externally verified report detailing total contribution over the time period and how the money has actually been used to support our partners’ projects.

As soon as the brand launches on 24th June we will regularly update you with more detail on where and how the money from your purchases is being spent, so that you can see your direct impact coming to life!
